Get the most out of your next appointment by being prepared before you get here. Here’s a helpful checklist that will help you have a great visit:
- Review Your Dental Insurance Coverage: Check your dental insurance policy to understand your coverage. Be sure to be aware of any limitations or requirements, such as pre-authorization for specific procedures.
- Confirm Your Appointment: If we contact you to confirm your appointment, please respond back to us if we don’t reach you personally. If you have not heard from us, please give us a call to confirm the date and time a few days in advance.
- Compile a List of Concerns or Questions: Think about any dental issues or concerns you’d like to discuss with us. Jot down any questions you have about your oral health or recommended treatments.
- Prepare Your Dental and Medical Information: Make a list of your current medications, especially if something has changed since your last visit. Don’t forget about any allergies or health conditions you have that we are not aware of.
- Bring Your Documentation: Bring your drivers license and dental insurance card, along with the list of medications, allergies, and medical history you prepared.
- Arrive Early: Aim to arrive at least 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will allow you to fill out any necessary paperwork and relax.
Following this checklist will help you be well-prepared for your next dental visit in our office. If you need to schedule an appointment or have questions before your next visit, you can reach us at (828)631-3283 or make an appointment here.
