During this time of concern regarding COVID-19, we want to take a moment to assure you that your health and well-being have always been our chief concern.
Exceeding OSHA Requirements
We have always exceeded the OSHA requirements. There is never cross-contamination between patients, but additional measures are now in place to put your mind at ease. Our treatment rooms are always thoroughly disinfected between patients, and we will continue to use disposable protective products to create a barrier between you and anyone else in the office.
Additional Steps We Are Taking
- Continue to closely monitor updates from the WHO, CDC, North Carolina Dept. of Health, and the American Dental Association.
- Disinfecting our common areas, waiting room, and consult room several times per day.
Informed team members to stay home if they feel ill. - Provide hand sanitizers upon entering our office.
- We pride ourselves in keeping our schedule running on time, thereby minimizing the number of people in the waiting area. However, if you are in our waiting room but prefer to be seated elsewhere we will accommodate your request.
In the meantime, we are consolidating our schedule accordingly, to work around these changes.
Note: For those clients who have had a fever, have traveled internationally in the past 3 weeks, have respiratory and/or immune issues, it is advisable to reschedule.
Putting off your needed dental treatments and cleanings may result in further problems and expense in the future.
Rest assured, we have your safety and well-being in mind. If you have any questions or concerns about your upcoming appointment, please contact me at 828-631-3283 and I would be happy to speak with you.
Sincerely,
David McGuire, DDS
